February Membership Application Form

When & How to become a member: The enrollment period starts on the 1st of the prior month of your membership. A Membership Application form is required and must be submitted for review and approval during the enrollment period. We will contact you with the application status. Space is limited, so be sure to act quickly!

Please note the following:

Reservations and socks are required. One pass is valid for one visit. Open Play passes expire 2 months from the day of purchase. No refund. Our facility is designed for children 6yr and under. Socks and temperature checks are required for all visitors. Masks are optional for all visitors. Children must be supervised by caretakers at all times, no drop-off.

Door opens 5 minutes before any scheduled events.

If the Open Play Session is Open, ALL Walk-ins may need to wait approx 15-20 mins to be let in to an "at Capacity" Open Play Session.

As a part of our closing process, theme rooms downstairs will be closed approx 15 mins before the end of each session. All other play areas (upstairs and green carpet areas downstairs) are open for enjoyment.

For days when we offer "Open Play - Limited Access", the play areas on the first floor will be closed from 9:30am to 10:15am due to a class in session. Clients will be able to enjoy our open play session on both floors from 10:15am to 11:30am.

Cancellation Policies:
- *No refund once the purchase is made and completed.
- *One hour advance cancellation: Cancellation (through reservation system, phone, email, or voicemail) is permitted up to one hour before the starting time of your scheduled play session. Unused passes (due to cancellation) will be applied to a future visit. No Refunds!!
- *For any No-Shows, your pass will be deducted and cannot be used for future visits. No store credit for No-Shows.

A Memorable Experience

There is no "perfect" way for children to learn and play because of each of their own individuality. At Dream City, we embrace these differences. The adults are welcome to join the play with their children or enjoy coffee/tea in the sitting area. Our staff is here to welcome visitors, support imaginations, facilitate play and encourage a positive learning experience. We hope you enjoy your stay!
